Stallion Donation

2010 STALLION SEASON SERVICE AUCTION
2013 Northern Plains Futurity

I would like to donate 1 stallion season to the NDQHRA for the purpose of establishing eligibility to enter the 2013 Northern Plains Futurity of all foals sired by the donated stallion. It is understood that to establish eligibility, the season must be sold. If the season fails to sell at the auction, I will / will not allow NDQHRA to hold the season out for bids for 30 days following close of auction, at a minimum bid of $300. If the season fails to sell, stallion owner or farm may purchase stallion for $200 to keep foals eligible. Stallion owner has 60 days from close of auction to purchase season back if not sold.

It is further understood that the donor reserves the right to bid on his own behalf. If the breeder fails to get a live foal, a return breeding is / is not offered. (Please check the appropriate response). If offered, a return breeding is limited to one year. If the first mare fails to conceive, any substitute mare must be approved by the stallion owner.

The bidding will start at not less than $300 and the Stallion Service must sell for foals to be eligible.
