1. Horses must be registered with the AQHA and must be certified ND bred by rule of the North Dakota Breeders Fund.

2. No horse shall be permitted to start in the race until the registration certificate has been filed with the track racing secretary and the horse has been fully identified.

3. If you are not already a member of the NDQHRA, dues of $30 must accompany original nomination payment .

4. A non-sufficient funds check will be considered non payment.

5. 15% of the total payments received will be withheld for association expenses.

6. All trials shall have no more than 10 head per trial heat. If 10 or less enter trials, there will be NO trials.

7. If a qualifier is unable to run in finals, he must enter finals and scratch at post time to qualify for last place purse.

8. If you do not enter races by track closing time, you will be unable to run and will not receive a refund.

9. Final race gate limited to the 10 fastest qualifiers. No also eligibles, no consolation. Added money may be reduced if less than six starters in the gate.

10. When a race results in a dead heat, the heat shall not be run off. Monies shall be split for the dead heat position.

11. State stewards decisions will be final.

PURSE DISTRIBUTION: 1^st – 42%; 2^nd – 18%; 3^rd – 13%; 4^th – 8%; 5^th – 7%; 6^th – 5%; 7^th – 4%; 8^th – 10th - 1% .
